At Achievable Pathways, we provide thorough, data-driven assessments to help families and educators gain clear insights into a child's strengths, challenges, and educational needs. Our goal is to answer your most pressing questions and provide a roadmap for effective support. 

 Our comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations range from $3,600 to $6,400, depending on the specific referral question and the scope of assessment required.

• Each evaluation is designed to provide clear, actionable recommendations to support your child’s success.
• Transparent pricing – You will receive a flat-rate fee in advance, ensuring no hidden costs or surprise billing.
• Payment is structured as follows:
  ✅ 50% due five business days before the first testing session
  ✅ 50% due upon receipt of the final written report & parent interpretation session

An Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) is conducted when authorized and funded by a public school district.

• As a neutral third party, I work solely in the student's best interest to clarify their educational needs based on assessment data.
• I contract directly with the district or educational entity for a flat-rate fee but do not “work for” either the district or the parents—my priority is the child’s educational success.

We offer consultation, counseling, and professional training at a rate of $175 per hour.

• Licensed Educational Psychologists (LEPs) are licensed mental health professionals who can diagnose and provide counseling for youth within our scope of training and expertise.
• Good Faith Estimate – If you are a self-pay counseling client, you will receive a clear estimate of total costs before starting services.
• Insurance Reimbursement – While I do not accept direct insurance payments, in some cases, counseling services may be reimbursable through behavioral health insurance. We are happy to provide the necessary documentation needed for you to submit to your insurance.

 Should I be called as an expert witness or to testify in a fair hearing, my rates for preparation, travel, and testimony are $400/hr due to:

✔ The need to reschedule other clients
